Product Description

This decaf comes from Huila, Colombia, a region known for smallholder production and coffees with clean sweetness and structure. It is a washed lot made up of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties, grown at 1,400 to 2,000 meters above sea level.
The coffee is decaffeinated using the EA process, also known as Decaf de Caña, which uses ethyl acetate to remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural character. The result is a clean, balanced decaf with good sweetness, bright but gentle acidity, and a transparent cup profile.
Roasted as an omni roast, it works well for both filter and espresso, offering a caffeine-free coffee that still reflects the quality and character of Huila.
