The ThermoJet® heating system reaches extraction temperature in three seconds: no warm-up ritual, no waiting. A 54mm portafilter, 18g dose, and low-pressure pre-infusion followed by 9-bar extraction mean the fundamentals are right. The manual steam wand rewards some practice and gives you a real shot at microfoam. For the footprint and the price, very little comes close. It works particularly well with our single-origin espressos that bring enough character to make the effort worthwhile.
